    The Maryland Dining Room, Hagerstown.  69 W. Washington St.  Greets visitors to the city and informs them that parking laws do not apply to tourists and says "Any discourteous treatment or over chares should be reported to the town officials."  Approx. 2 1/2 x 4 1/4 inches.  Not dated but this came with a lot of 1920's/30's Hagerstown paper.   GOOD condition with some soiling, creases, small edge tear, some pencil writing.      I use a poor/fair/good/very good/excellent/mint grading system and grade very conservatively (see my feedback). This does NOT necessarily correspond to the generic Ebay grading system that we are forced to use. Shipping is .50 in the U.S.
