    Description

    This is a vintage pair of solid brass candlesticks marked on the bottom, "EB".  The WorthPoint website identified similar antique candle holders with the same mark as Baldwin Forged in America Brass candlesticks.  It went on to describe the brass as having a a Victorian Beehive design.  I suspect these vintage candlesticks date to Mid Century, 1950s to 1960s as they belonged to my Grandmother and I recall seeing them in her home for the last 50 years.  They could be older.  They are in good shape.  The bases have some deeper areas of tarnish which may be the result of years of wax build-up from dripping candles.  The old candle holders measure about 7.25" tall and 2.5" wide at the base.
