Similar to finished chuck parallels except not finished to such close tolerances. Specially suited for manufactures who wish to finish parallels to confrom to the holding requirements of a particular works piece.
Hold work with projecting surfaces whcih cannot be help easily on a magnetic chuck. They are trued readily eliminating the delay of truing a large surface , and can be used on Permanent Magnet Chucks and also on electro-magnet chucks.
Opposites sides are ground parallel and adjacent sides in righ angles. Parallel can be used on all four sides but not on their ends.
