    We have freeze dried potato flakes in bulk of 28 ounces.  Each ounce of mashed potatoes will weigh approximately 4 ounces of freshly cooked mashed potatoes when rehydrated.
    You can use these potato flakes for many different recipes,  This will come to you in a 5mil mylar bag with an oxygen absorber. Now, it's shelf stable, easy to use in the future!
