Each package contains one serving of homemade Honey Soy Garlic Ginger Chicken, Arborio Rice and Peas.
Ingredients: chicken, grapeseed oil, low-sodium soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, pepper, Arborio rice, Peas.
We freeze dry and package all items in house. Each item is packaged in a resealable
7 mil mylar pint bag. Each package is heat sealed above the resealable strip of the bag with an
oxygen absorber inside. Stored this way, the freeze-dried meals has a 25-year storage life.
Remove oxygen absorber and discard.
Add boiling water to freeze dried food until desired consistency achieved, allow food to absorb water fully. Some clumping may occur which is normal, just break up the clumps before mixing with water.
Freeze-Dried products are great for long term emergency food storage. Each package weighs only a few ounces so they are lightweight and great for camping or travel.
