    Description

    Freeze-Dried Peas, 1 cup per bag, Long Term Storage.
    Condition is "New".
    Each package contains 1 cup of
    freeze-dried
    peas. To rehydrate add 3 parts hot water to 1 part peas. Allow the peas to absorb the water for about 20 minutes or until fully rehydrated. You do not need to rehydrate the peas if you are using it in a recipe as the peas will rehydrate in
    whatever
    liquid is being used.
    We freeze dry and package all products in house. Each bag of peas is packaged in a resealable
    7 mil mylar pint bag. Each package is heat sealed above the resealable strip of the bag with an
    oxygen absorber inside. Stored this way, these freeze-dried products have a 25-year storage life.
    Freeze Dried foods are great for long term emergency food storage. Each package weighs only a few ounces so they are lightweight and great for camping or travel.
