    IHI Solid Brass Candle Holder With Halo Glass Chimney. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
    This a new, never used candle holder. However it does have a couple of spots of patina from being in storage. One is under the brass rim that goes on the glass chimney, and there are two small spots on the candle holder stem. Please see photos.
