How to cook
The night before, wash the olu rice, grind it and leave it to soak. Then put it in a bowl of water with milk and pt it on a low flame and when it boils, put the oluhal in it and let it boil. Dissolve the flour mixture with condensed milk and add it after the oluhal is boiled.
Simmer for a few minutes and add salt and pepper powder to the required amount and after it boils well, remove from the stove.
