Vintage England Mini Souvenir Cup and Saucer Building Flowers Westminster.
I have no idea what this is.  If you know message me.  The building on the cup and saucer looks Victorian, maybe in England.
Both are very delicate.  I think their made of china.  Like new.  No chips or cracks.
