This is for a Vintage Ocean City MD Souvenir Desk Display.
The outside is made of a hard lucite plastic.
The inside has liquid, seashells and a starfish.
The  small shells and the starfish will move when tilted.
On the front bottom is marked: Ocean City, MD.
The display measures 5-3/16" across x 3-7/8" tall.
The bottom is 1-3/4" deep. The top is 15/16" deep or thick.
Weighs 1 pound.
It shows some age and handling. The inside has a little dirt from the plant and shells. Overall it is in good shape.
